Regularise outsourcing medical staff, says CPI

CPI Secretary and former MLA Ch Venkat Reddy today said that state government has to regularise the jobs of outsourcing staff in Gandhi hospital. 

The nurses and medical staff are protesting for fifth day fir their jobs which is a genuine demand he said in a statement here. 

The protesting nurses are getting poor salaries which have to be increased on par with regulars Reddy said.  He urged that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has to regularise the contract and outsourcing medical personnel in the state. 

The government should take immediate steps to increase their salaries and nurses withdraw their stir he said.  He asked KCR government to encourage nurses and medical care personal to offer better services by regularising their jobs.  The CPI with other political parties will stage protests on the issue,  he added.
