The last date for filing of nomination papers for the upcoming elections to two graduate MLC seats can to an end today. The returning officer of Hyderabad Mahbubnagar and Ranga Reddy graduate MLC seat Priyanka received nominations from the aspirants of the seat.
A total of 59 candidates have filed 90 sets of nomination papers till the last date. The TTDP President L. Ramana also filed his nomination papers from the seat. Several independent candidates have also filed their nomination papers from the seat. The scrutiny of the nomination papers would be held on February 24 and the last date for the withdrawal of the nomination papers is 26th of this month. The polling for the two seats would be held on March 14, from 8 am to 4pm .The counting of the votes would be held on March 17.
