INTERNATIONAL AL-QUDS DAY’ Indo-Arab League reiterate support to Palestinian cause

INTERNATIONAL AL-QUDS DAY

Indo-Arab League Chairman Syed Vicaruddin reiterated the League’s support for Palestine as the world observed ‘International Al-Quds Day,’ on the last Friday in the holy month of Ramadan.
Participating in the ‘International Al-Quds Day’ online conference organised by the ‘Arab and Islamic Gathering,’ Beirut, Lebanon. Syed Vicaruddin said: ‘It is unfortunate that the world community is compromising with massive human rights violations in modern history in Palestine.’
Not only is the occupation in Palestine territories continuing, but the occupiers are also increasingly annexing more areas, killing more civilians, crushing all political resistance and shutting down free press, Vicaruddin said.
As a consequence, the only normalcy that Palestinians have is oppression on a daily basis. “It is clear that the global order has long failed to produce justice, peace, serenity, and order,” he added.
Registering League’s undivided solidarity with the people of Palestine in demanding self-determination, independence and dignity, Vicaruddin urged all member states of the UN and OIC to show their support for the victims and express their universal shared values and principles of equality, justice and freedom for Palestine as that of 1967.
Indo-Arab League has been actively protesting since 1967 for the Palestinian cause by organizing several seminars, mammoth public meetings, conferences, and symposiums attended by many Presidents, Prime Ministers of India including Chief Ministers, State, and Cabinet Ministers of various states.
Syed Vicaruddin who is also the Chief Editor of The Rahnuma-E-Deccan Daily said that the Palestinians symbolise the struggle for a just cause, rising against tyrannical regimes, and fighting to reclaim their legitimate rights of existence.
