A petition was filed in the High Court against Bezawada Kanaka Durga Gudi Trust Board today.
Durga Gudi governing council former member Suryalatha filed the petition challenging her removal from the governing council with regard to a sari disappearance recently in the Durga temple. The High Court admitted the petition and issued notices to the temple EO, Endowment principal secretary and the trust board. The High Court directed them to submit a comprehensive report within four weeks.
