Taga Masayuki, Consul General of Japan in Chennai called on Somesh Kumar, Chief Secretary, Govt. of Telangana today at BRKR Bhavan.
The Chief Secretary informed the Consul General of Japan that Telangana State has become rice bowl of India under the leadership of Chief Minister K.Chandrashekhar Rao.
The Consul General expressed his appreciation and interest. They discussed the matters of common interest during the meeting. The Chief Secretary presented a copy of his book “Methods for Community Participation” in Japanese to the Consul General. Taga was surprised and pleased to receive the book.
