Delhi police today detained the head of the Vidya Coaching Centre, identified as Vicky, following the invesitgation into the CBSE question paper leak case.
It may be recalled that the Class 10 Mathematics paper and Class 12 Economics paper were leaked two days back, following which the central government had decided to re-conduct the examination soon.
According to the Delhi police, Vicky is said to have sold copies of the leaked question papers to students for Rs10,000 to Rs 15,000.
Later, speaking about the CBSE paper leak, HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar said he couldn’t sleep after coming to know of the leak.
“I am also a parent,” he said.
Therefore, he said, he understands the pain students and parents are going through.
He the assured that whoever is behind the paper leak will not be spared.
