Young journalist dies of corona virus in Hyderabad

Doctors in China start human trials for coronavirus treatment

A 33 year old journalist from the city died of deadly corona virus while undergoing treatment at Gandhi hospital today.  Manoj, who is working as a crime reporter in a prominent TV news channel, was admitted at Gandhi hospital on June 4, of this month after testing positive to the virus. He was brought to the hospital from fever hospital.

According to the superintendent of the Gandhi Hospital Dr. Raja Rao, Manoj was kept under ICU. He said that Manoj had a heart attack on Sunday morning and was immediately resuscitated bout couldn’t be revived. Rao said that the victim as declard dead at 9.37 am in the morning. He   also that a team of doctors including physicians, anesthetists, pulmonologists  have made their best efforts to save his life bout could not save manoj’s life.

The superintendent also said that Manoj was sufferin from a condition called Myasthenia Gravis, in which the patient would have muscle weakness including respiratory  muscles and added that the victim had a surgery earlier.
