Young hero Dhruv donates first remuneration to Kerala relief fund

Young hero Dhruv Vikram, who makes his debut with the movie ‘Varma’, donated the remuneration from the film for Kerala flood relief. His kind gesture has earned him millions of hearts. Dhruv’s father, the Tamil superstar Vikram, had earlier donated Rs. 35 lakhs towards flood relief. Kerala went through a horrendous phase a few weeks ago after heavy rains lashed the state resulting in floods. Many districts were washed off leaving many citizens homeless and in distress.

Many celebrities from various fields have done their bit by contributing towards the resurrection of the state. Dhruv met the Chief Minister of Kerala Pinarayi Vijayan and handed over the cheque of his contribution. Dhruv Vikram will foray into films with ‘Varma’ which is the remake of the Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy. The teaser of Varma was released on Dhruv’s birthday yesterday and the response to it seems overwhelming.
