Withdraw city visit: TRS to Rahul Gandhi

TRS leader and SC Corporation Chairman today lashed out at AICC Chief Rahul Gandhi for his proposed visit to Osmania University only to rake up another controversy for cheap politics. Rahul Gandhi has no right to address a meeting of unemployed or the students in the city and should withdraw his proposed visit he said. Talking to press persons here Ravi accused the congress party of failing to give a single ticket to the students who participated in Telangana statehood fight in 2014 elections. The students of the varsity are not in a position to interact with Rahul who should rethink on his proposed visit he suggested. Ravi ridiculed that the congress had a bad history of taking back the tickets given to a few students during last elections in the state.

The Congress is unable to digest the welfare and development in the city and making last ditch efforts for political mileage, he fumed. The congress leaders who are jobless now are resorting to provoke the sentiments of the people in general and students in particular.  TPCC Chief N Utham Kumar Reddy is making a hue and cry only to gain false publicity. The Congress leaders are afraid of bleak political future as the TRS Government is completing projects, development works and keeping all promises he said. Ravi also said that the government is launching a few more welfare schemes for the poor and community professions.

TRSV Student president G Srinvias Yadav found fault with AICC for favouring special status to Andhra Pradesh and not for Telangana State .
