VHP to continue its services till the end of lockdown

Coronavirus has plunged the world into uncertainty. Doubts are being raised on reopening of schools. There is no clarity if and when exams and evaluation would be completed.

The State wing of VHP is providing food to migrant labourers stranded in the city. The activists of the organisation are provided ration to the workers belonging to states like West Bengal and Asom at Maseed Banda area. The activists have said that they received calls from the stranded labourers seeking help. The Delhi chapter of the organisation alerted its local activists and made them reach  the spot to help them. They distributed food packet as well.

 Speaking on the occasion, the vice general secretary of the organisation Raghavulu said that they would extend the help till the withdrawal of the lockdown in the state. He asked workers to call on their helpline if they need any help.  The organisation  claimed that it had so far  distributed 11 quintals of rice and two quintals of Dal.
