TPCC Chief blame Modi , KCR for migrant workers crisis

TPCC President N. Uttam Kumar Reddy today released letter written by party president Sonia Gandhi to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the issue of corona virus.

TPCC chief N. Uttam Kumar Reddy today alleged Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister of the state KCR had failed to solve the problems faced by migrant workers.

            Speaking to media persons along senior leader of the party V Hanumantha rao He said that the lives of the migrant workers had turned meaningless due to the  attitude of the two leaders towards  them. He said that the migrant workers were facing the same kind of problems what the people of the country faced at the time of Indian independence.  He mocked that the two leaders had confined themselves to holding press meeting and nothing else. He asked the state government to make proper arrangements for sending the migrant workers to their native places.

He alleged that the  state government was not ready to take their party’s  help to drive out the tears of the workers. He asked the state government as to how it arrested senior Congress leader VH at Kagaznagar when he wanted to help the migrant workers. He termed the cases filed against VH were quite disappointing. He said that he was praising the efforts made by VH to help the migrant workers. Commenting on the gesture shown by the party leader Rahul Gandhi, Reddy said that Rahul Gandhi had become a role model for others to follow by extending help to the migrant workers. He called upon the congress leaders to emulate Rahul Gandhi and extend help to the needy migrant workers . He also mocked the stimulus packages announced by union finance minister Nirmala Seetharaman while mocking  that the packages  announced by Seetharaman earlier were yet benefit the people of the country.

Speaking on the occasion, Hanumantha Rao said that he would sit on fast onto death if the state government failed to solve the problems faced by the migrant workers. He alleged that both state and central governments were behaving in a draconian manner against the migrant workers. He said that he was ready to sacrifice his life to solve the problems of the migrant workers.
