Ponnam reminds KTR that his family started their career with the Congress

Ponnam, ktr

Expressing anger at the IT Minister KT Ramarao for criticising the Congress party during Karimnagar tour on August 15, former MP Ponnam Prabhakar alleged that KT Ramarao, who cleaned ‘chippalu’ in America in the past, was criticising the Congress party leaders saying ‘luchagallu’ as he was in  power. He alleged that TRS leaders, who divided  Karimangar, were only ‘lofers’ and ‘luchagallu’. He asked KTR not to forget the fact that his father and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s political career started with Congress party only.
Speaking to the media here on Thursday, Ponnam said that the Chief Minister was in a  hurry for  early elections as their graph was declining day by day and it was clear with the six surveys conducted by KCR. “Telangana achieved not for throwing  the State in debts. The TRS government brought Rs.2 lakh crore debts in the last four years”, he alleged and said that the TRS leaders were keeping the people in temporary ‘illusions’ to get benefits in elections.
He alleged that suicides of youth took place during separate Telangana movement just because of provocation of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao. Asking the TRS government to tell as to where has  gone Telangana martyrs memorial icon, Ponnam said that TRS leaders were scared with the tour of AICC Chief Rahul Gandhi in the state. TRS government had taken up Kaleswaram project redesign only for corruption, he slammed. He said that the days are nearing  to beat the TRS leaders with stones if they come to the villages. KTR will not roam openly if  his history was made  public, he said and questioned KCR to tell as to what he has done to the Karimnagar people, who voted   KCR three times to win. He warned KTR to be careful if he  loses control over his  tongue  out of  frustration. He suggested TRS government heads to undergo ‘eye tests’ to see as to how far their assurances were implemented.
