It is known that a movie is being picturised portraying the life of legendary actor and former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao. Krish Jagarlamudi is the director of the biopic. NTR’s son Balakrishna is playing the lead role, where as Daggubati Rana is essaying the role of Chandrababu Naidu. The shooting part of Rana’s role started in NTR’s Abids house which had been sold out long ago. The buyer took care of the maintenance of this house very well.
Telugu audience is going to see NTR’s house in the biopic. Rana said that he grew up listening to the impact created by NTR in Film Industry and Politics. He feels playing the role of Chandrababu in NTR biopic is a big challenge. ‘I became emotional when I entered NTR’s house for the first time. I walked in the place where NTR lived. First Day Shoot at NTR’s home is an unforgettable experience’ he told. One of the three scenes featuring Rana is the Pelli Choopulu sequence of Chandrababu Naidu & Bhuvaneswari.
Filming of this crucial scene took place at NTR’s old home in Abids. Vidya Balan is doing the role of NTR’s late wife, Basavatarakam. Balakrishna, as well as Vishnu Induri and Sai Korrapati, is unitedly producing the movie under his own production banner ‘NBK films’. The movie is going to be released for Pongal 2019.
