Mallu Ravi demands govt to convene all-party meet on covid 19

TPCC Vice President  and former MP Dr.Mallu Ravi today demanded  CM KCR to call for an All-Party meeting to discuss and finalise an action plan  to control the dangerous spike of Corona cases in the state particularly in GHMC limits. He alleged that the TRS led state Government had failed to take preventive steps like Tracing, Testing and Treating to contain the spread of the virus. He said that, In this critical times, the Government should take all the political parties and people into confidence . Ravi also demanded  that the government must immediately declare that it was increasing the  number of testing centers in  proportion  to the demand.  He asked the state government  to keep the non-serious cases under home quarantine and extend treatment to them at homes and added that Only serious cases should be admitted in the hospitals. Ravi wanted the state government to issue Specific guidelines to  private and government hospitals about admission and treatment of the patients and added that No patient should be denied  admission by any hospital management on the basis of suspicion  of  Corona virus. He demanded the state government to bear the Cost of testing and treatment besides the inclusion of the coronavirus disease in the list of cashless Aarogyasri scheme . Ravi further demanded the state government to   close down the  wine shops and other public gathering places by 6pm every day. He warned that the Congress party would  be forced to hold  virtual public agitation if the Government didn’t not fulfil their demands.
