IT and Municipal Minister KT Rama Rao today appealed to people in GHMC area to help protect the properties, lakes, open places, lands, parks and assets.
He launched an Asset Protection Cell of the GHMC including
enforcement, vigilance and disaster management
Official toll free number in the GHMC area will receive complaints and address the issues he said.
The minister informed that the 1800 599 0099 number will be active from 10 am to 6 pm in working days.
The people can make use of the number and their details will be kept secretly.
The minister said that a special officer is appointed in the zones and circles to address these issues.
He said that each complaint will get a specific number and status can be known using the same.
The minister urged the people to cooperate with officials to address the issues.
