Intermediate spot valuation begins

The much awaited intermediate spot valuation began in the state today. The valuation  staff attended their duties allotted at mahbubia college valuation Center  located in Gun Foundry .

            The valuation  of the intermediate second year answer sheet will be taken up first followed by the  valuation of the intermediate first year answer sheets. The authorities of board of intermediate have increased the total number of valuation Centers from the usual 12 to 33 Centers by keeping in view of the threat of coronavirus. The valuation of a total of 55 lakh answer-sheets belonging to 9.5 lakh students would be taken by 15000 teachers. The teachers are attending their valuation duties by taking precautions to prevent the contract of coronavirus. The officials said that they had made boarding, lodging and transportation arrangements for the teachers.

They have also handed over three masks personal sanitizers and police passes to carry out their duties without any fear. They are also taking up sanitisation and fogging operations at all the Centers till the completion of the valuation. The results of the board exams are expected to be announced in the second week of June next month.
