India loses first wicket against Hong Kong in Asia Cup

Hong Kong has won the toss and decided to field in Dubai in a must-win game. Rohit Sharma handed the ODI cap to Khaleel Ahmed before the toss in what was an expected decision. Before the big one, India has the campaign starter against minnows. In an odd scheduling decision, India will play matches on consecutive days – today against Hong Kong before the big one against Pakistan on Wednesday. India would like to make most of the league stage to get their middle order in place – the only flaw for the side. Hong Kong has had a small window to recover after that disappointing show against Pakistan on Sunday. They would hope to create a dent in the ODI status contest.
