This is the season in Hyderabad when gusting winds and thundering clouds marks the beginning of the day. Day 2 at Hyderabad Sailing Week was even more exciting. Beautiful sight of the sails amongst picturesque view of the Buddha Statue was a sight to watch. Finn sailors had a tough day as there was no respite from strong winds. Wind was ranging from 15-17 knots and was gusting upto 20 knots.
The finn class saw the change in the Gun position with every race being conducted, with Swatantra, Gurjeet and Naveen got the gun each in Race 4,5 and 6. It was a tough fight amongst three but at the end the best tactician won. Mohit Saini continued with his win and won 2 out 3 races in Laser Standard. Upamanyu won the gun in race 5. Jerome remained unbeaten in RS:X class and won race 4, 5, and 6. Overall it was a good day for sailors to sail. Day 2 results are as follows:-
