Green Gold Animation, creators of the stooge character Chhota Bheem, plans to hire 1,250 animators later in 18 months as it works on developing more gratified. The company has about 1,000 employees working on content development in India and in the United States of America (USA).
Till December 2017 less than 500 people were working. Now it is 1,000 people. We will be going to hire more 200-250 animators in this year and 1,000 next year. The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Green Gold Animation are Rajiv Chilaka.
Talking on the subsidiary of an event where the firm celebrated 10 years of Chhota Bheem here on Monday, he said that the company will also consider additions.
The hard, which has not raised any assets so far, is planning to go for fundraising soon. “We gauge our development plans and obligation of funds. We will soon finalise the plan. We might also consider impelling for an initial public offering,” he said. He, however, did not detail the number of funds that the company would be considered to raise.
We open an office last year in Los Angeles, California which is in the United States where a team of 18 architects are developing content for us. They are working on 10-12 rational property projects there. In India, we are developing 6-8 IP projects.
Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao, who was present at the 10th ‘Birth’ ceremony celebrations of Chhota Bheem, aforementioned that the victory of Chhota Bheem was “a redefining moment” for the Indian Animation Industry.
He said the State government was coming up with 1.6-million sq ft IMAGE Towers in Hyderabad to promote animation, gaming and entertainment industry.
