Educational Kits To 1,000 Needy Children Distributed By NGO

President of Safa Baitul Maal Education Welfare and Charitable Trust, Ghayas Ahmed Rashadi, doled out educational kits, including bags, books & stationeries, to over 1,000 children. The aim of the trust is to encourage deserving and needy students by ensuring such facilities.

Rashadi said,”We have distributed the educational kits to poor and needy students in several slums in the old city. Earlier, we carried out a survey, where we spotted that certain families were not in a position to bear the educational expenses of their children and neede help. The kits were distributed in Babanagar.”

The NGO had also taken up the task of educating orphan students by ensuring their admission in the leading educational institutions in Hyderabad.

He added,”We have taken 140 orphan students into our fol and imparting them a quality education. Their education expenses are taken care of by the trust”.

Free medical facilities to families below the poverty line are also delivered by the trust. They conduct regular medical camps & also counsels jobless youth.

Rashadi said,”We have around 70 branches across the country. We ensure that our services reach the deserving and needy. We do our best to guarantee basic rights to people staying in slums”.
