The monsoon session of the Andhra Pradesh Assembly has begun today. Assembly session is going to run for 7 working days from Thursday. The Business Advisory Committee (BAC), met under the chairmanship of Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao before the commencement of Assembly session.
On the other hand, BJP MLAs and MPs conducted agitation in Assembly premises. They protested saying that the Assembly building is filled with water leaks and water is entering even when there is a small rain. They said that’s why they have come with raincoats and umbrellas as a precautionary measure. They displayed the placards criticizing that Rs.1000 crore public money is wasted.
