5 C’s – Curate, Customer, Collobarote, Customize, and Consistency are vital for brand building

Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organized the 3rd Edition of Telangana Brand Summit, the virtual conference with the theme “Re-imagining Brands to Rebound Growth in the Post Covid World” today. This conference discussed on managing & building brands and the best practices and strategies by some of the leading brands and companies in boosting the business outcomes.

During his special address, Prof. Subhadip Roy, Professor – Marketing, IIM Ahmedabad, mentioned that there is a change in consumption behavior post Covid and many brands changed their business models overnight. He shared his insights on the learnings from the Brands & Brand Management. He emphasized on the 3 C’s of Brand Management- Curate, Customer, Collobarote, Customize, Consistency and role of technology in brand building and enhancing business outcomes.

In his welcome address, Rajeev Jalnapurkar, Director and CEO, Ramoji Film City, said that covid has posed several challenges for hospitality and tourism industry and slowly they are coming out of it. He has shared some of the challenges faced by the industry such as managing logistics, human resources. He further stated that they are taking necessary steps to maintain covid protocols and new business strategies to rebound the growth.

Sameer Goel, Chairman – CII Telangana & Managing Director, Coromandel International Ltd, welcome the gathering and said that in today’s online, real-time world, a company’s message  or advertisement, can easily get lost in the sheer volume of information overload and therefore a brand has mere seconds to communicate and make an impact about how their business are truly unique. He also said that after the covid pandemic, many companies have quicky adapted and created radical new levels of visibility, agility, productivity, and end-customer connectivity.  Vagish Dixit, Vice Chairman – CII Telangana & Managing Director, ALPLA India Pvt Ltd, delivered the concluding address.

The conference discussed on the learnings from covid, strategies to overcome the challenges in building the brand and being active in social & digital media. Over 100 participants from Industry and Academia attended the conference.
