MLA Seetakka demands compensation to farmers

Congress party MLA from Mulug Assembly constituency Seetakka today demanded the state government to pay compensation to the farmers, who have sustained huge losses due to the recent incessant rains.

She alleged that the chief minister of the state KCR was not behaving in a manner to instill confidence among the affected  farmers of the state. She made these remarks while addressing media persons at assembly media point. Speaking on the occasion, She alleged that the assembly session was being held only to approve some bills and allow new members to take oath. She said that there was no woman’s commission in the state and added that the women of the state were clueless about whom to consult about their problems.

Targeting state minister KTR she alleged that the minister was bringing new issues to fore to criticize opposition political parties. She mocked that the state capital was resembling ocean even for a small amount of rains.
