Congress president Rahul Gandhi yesterday said unemployment in the country is the highest now in 45 years and Prime Minister Narendra Modi is responsible for it. Addressing an election rally at Sagar in Madhya Pradesh, Mr Gandhi also charged Prime Minister of making false promises.
