Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka said the State of Telangana is developing rapidly, and its per capita income for each person is 3.56 lakhs.
Speaking at the NABARD State Focus Paper launch meeting here on Friday, Bhatti Vikramarka said that rice production is at a record level and groundwater resources have increased across the state of Telangana.
He stated that NABARD should promote flower cultivation in the vicinity of Hyderabad, and organic cultivation should be promoted through IKPs.
The Deputy Chief Minister further stated that focus should be placed on gradually converting agricultural pump sets to solar-powered pump sets, and Telangana should be made a leader in the field of green energy.
