The Supreme Court of India today said it will hear the central government’s plea for the recall of its judgement that holds “arrest on a complaint under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act was not mandatory”.
Chief Justice Dipak Misra directed the listing of the matter at 2 pm before the bench of Justice Uday Umesh Lalit and Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel.
