Benchmark indices today finished at fresh record closing highs in highly volatile session. Domestic stocks logged marginal gains amid mixed cues from global share markets. The Sensex at Bombay Stock Exchange ended 66 points up at 39,750. The broader Nifty 50 also gained four points to settle at 11,929. However, the rupee at forex market weakened 17 paise to 69 rupees and 67 paise against the dollar.
