Sadula Madhusudan elected as President, N. Ramesh Rao as Secretary, and P. Raghavender Reddy as Treasurer of TRSMA with a massive majority

Sadula Madhusudan, Chairman of Pragati Vidya Niketan High School in Amberpet, has been elected as the President of the Telangana Recognized School Management Association (TRSMA) with a massive majority.

Madhusudan received 2,220 votes, while his closest rival, Prakash Babu, managed only 91 votes. Returning Officer Narra Narayana Reddy announced on Monday that Madhusudan secured a record-breaking majority of 2,129 votes.

N. Ramesh Rao was elected as the General Secretary with 2,217 votes, defeating his nearest competitor K. Veeranna, who received 94 votes, by a margin of 2,123 votes.

Similarly, P. Raghavender Reddy was elected as Treasurer with 2,193 votes, defeating his rival R. Vishnuvardhan Rao, who garnered 118 votes, by a margin of 2,075 votes.

The election of Sadula Madhusudan as the state president of an association representing 11,000 schools and 35 lakh students has been widely welcomed.

Private school operators expressed their joy, noting that Madhusudan has made history by securing 92% of the votes cast.

Digital Ballot Election Method:
For the first time in the country, elections were conducted using the digital ballot system, according to Election Officer Narayana Reddy.

He stated that voters from all 33 districts of Telangana participated enthusiastically, with provisions made for online voting in every district.

Based on feedback from correspondents, the association decided to adopt the innovative digital ballot system, marking a significant milestone. Despite being conducted online for the first time, voter turnout was 53.1%.

Districts such as Sangareddy, Mulugu, Mahabubabad, Nalgonda, Suryapet, and Yadadri recorded 95–98% voter turnout, while districts like Jogulamba, Sircilla, Narayanpet, and Mancherial saw turnout exceeding 20%. Out of a total of 4,353 eligible votes, 2,311 were cast.

Certificate Distribution Ceremony:
Certificates of election were presented to the winners, including President Sadula Madhusudan, General Secretary N. Ramesh Rao, and Treasurer P. Raghavender Reddy. The certificates were handed over by TRSMA Election Commission Chairman & Returning officer Narra Narayana Reddy, along with committee members S. Srinivas Reddy, Ram Kavacham Nagaraju, K. Innareddy, Edla Srinivas Reddy, Bandi Laxman, E. Prabhakar Reddy, Battula Laxman, Adinath, P. Sundar, and S. Komuraiah followed by the swearing-in ceremony administered by the Chairman of Election Commission Sri N. Narayan Reddy.
