The Islamabad High Court permitted Pakistan’s Election Commission to register Milli Muslim League (MML), the political party formed by 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks mastermind Hafiz Saeed.
The Election Commission had last year decided not to register the MML over objections from the Interior Ministry.
Earlier, the Lahore High Court extended stay against the possible arrest of Saeed.
