NDA govt gave to AP more than special status: Amit Shah

BJP chief Amit Shah began the party’s poll campaign in Andhra Pradesh today. He addressed a public meeting at Vizianagaram. Amit Shah listsed out govt’s successes saying that thousands of youth benefitted through Mudra yojana. Six crore poor women given LPG connection, lakhs in AP also benefitted. One lakh poor given electricity connection through Saubhagya scheme.

Eight crore toilets, of which 45 lakh in AP, constructed by Modi govt, he added. Amit Shah said, “Chandrababu Naidu has always worked against the interests of Telugus for his political benefit. We will not take him back into NDA. When he became unpopular due to corruption, he started levelling allegations against Modi that he did nothing for Andhra Pradesh.”
