The ruling YSRCP MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju has approached the High Court of the state and urge the High Court to issue orders preventing the steps being initiated by the YSRCP for his disqualification and suspension petition. He made it clear that he did not commit any anti party activities .
Citing that he was elected as an MP on behalf of Yuvajana Shramika Rythu Congress Party, he was sent a show cause notice on the left head of YSRCP. He told the Court that he had already brought the issue to the notice of the election commission of India and urged the court to issue orders till the EC has taken a decision on his complaint.
