Former Congress MP Lagadapati Rajagopal has prevented police from carrying out searches in the residence of businessman GP Reddy without a search warrant in Hyderabad. He alleged that police are trying to harass his friend in the name of searchings.
Rajagopal said cops have no right to enter into a house in the midnight when women and children are sleeping. He accused cops of trying to take his friend away with regard to a civil case related to an IPS officer.
