It has been raining heavily since today morning in Hyderabad bringing life to a grinding halt. Several areas in the city witnessed waterlogging, even as the traffic jams were seen in the city. Heavy rains lashed areas like Khairatabad, Madhapur, Nampally, Begumpet, Panjagutta, Abids, Basheerbagh, Lakdikapool etc. The rain has caused a lot of inconvenience to the public in the city as they struggled with traffic congestions at almost all the major routes.
