High Court gave the green signal to TRS ‘Pragathi Nivedana’ public meeting at Kongarkalan. Environmental Conservation Committee filed a petition appealing for cancellation of Pragathi Nivedana Sabha. The petition was cancelled by The Court which was filed on the charges that the meeting will affect the environment by causing sound pollution while claiming it as a waste of money. The Court heard the arguments from both the government and the petitioner side. The Court has cancelled the petition while giving orders to TRS government to take all the necessary precautions for environmental balance.
