The State government has been alerted following the rise in black fungus cases, which have been witnessed among Covid survivors. It took a serious decision to contain the fungus in the state.
It declared the fungus as a notifiable disease in the state. It asked the authorities concerned to inform it about the black fungus from across the state . It said that the authorities concerned should inform it about the black fungus cases. It said that the rules would be applied to all government and private hospitals of the state . It said that the government and private hospitals would have to provide the details of the black fungus affected patients on day to day basis.
