Telangana government today extended by one month the due date of liquor shop licenses in the state.
The fresh date is extended till November end of this year for the liquor shops.
Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar has issued orders in this regard. The licenses of A4 retail liquor shops in the state is due to complete by November 1.
However the government taken a decision to offer reservations to Goudas, SC and ST categories in the liquor shops licenses.
With this the chief secretary extended the date by another month.
