CONGRESS PARTY’S KISAN CELL LAUNCHES POST CARD MOVEMENT

The Kisan cell of Congress Party today launched a post card movement demanding the state government to complete the process of the distribution of pattadar passbooks to the remaining farmers of the state. Speaking to media persons, the All India Kisan Congress Vice President M. Kodanda Reddy said that scores of the farmers of the state had not received their pattadar passbook even after two and half years of the  completion of the land purification process in the state . He said that the farmers were suffering a lot due to the non receipt of their passports. He said that they had launched the movement to take their problems to the notice of the state government. Reddy said that the Kisan congress had brought   the issue of the pending pattadar passbooks of the farmers  several times and added that the state government had not responded on their representations so far. He said that several farmers were not able to avail different types of benefits and bank loans due to lack of the passbooks. He demanded the state government to take steps for the distribution of the pending passbooks to the farmers.
