Several parts of Telangana are under the grip of cold wave conditions recording low temperatures. Temperatures might dip further in the coming days, according to Meteorological Department in Hyderabad. The forecast by the Met Department said that cold wave conditions would prevail in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema and Telangana for the next two days.
The lowest recorded temperatures are in Adilabad (7 degrees), Hyderabad (9 degrees). Reports from the districts indicate that weather may turn chillier in the coming days. For Adilabad, being located at the northern end of the Telangana, the impact of the cold wave sweeping in from the North is quite severe.
