Centre’s stimulus package is useless: Vinod Kumar

The Vice Chairman of Telangana State Planning Board B. Vinod Kumar today termed the economic stimulus package announced by central government as useless and added that the package would not be useful to the people of the country.

Addressing media persons at Karimnagar, kumar mocked that the central government had announced allocation of funds to build airports at a time when the people of the country were lease bothered about them.  He asked the central government in what way the reforms being introduced by it in the aviation sector of the country would be useful to the people of the country. Citing that none of the packages announced by the central government is useful to the ordinary people of the country, he said that it was not right time to introduce reforms in the country. Kumar made it clear several countries of the world had announced 15 percent of their GDP as economic stimulus package to their people and the states.

He said that the whole world had suffered a lot due to the corona virus and added that Lakhs migrant workers of the country had come to the state to earn gainful employment. He urged the youth and the people of the state to think about employment.
