Congress MLA Kumbham Anil Kumar Reddy has criticised BRS leaders Harish Rao and KT Rama Rao for attempting to mislead the public with false claims regarding a decline in the real estate sector in Telangana.
In a press conference held at the Congress Legislative Party (CLP) media center on Monday, Anil Kumar Reddy asserted that the downturn in real estate occurred five or six months prior to the Assembly elections and was not attributable to the State government.
He further noted that the real estate market has rebounded significantly in recent months, with an increase in registrations.
The Congress MLA accused BRS leader Harish Rao of targeting Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for personal reasons and suggested that BRS leaders are intent on damaging the reputation of Hyderabad.
He added that there has been a marked rise in the sales of villas, apartments, and other developments, with companies such as Godrej, Brigade, and Prestige actively constructing 50 to 60-story buildings in the city.
In addition to this, the Real estate companies from outside the States are coming to Hyderabad and doing construction, Anil Kumar Reddy said.
