Leaders from various parties joined the BJP in the presence of Union Minister and State party president G. Kishan Reddy.
He welcomed the leaders into the party fold by wrapping them with a party scarf.
Speaking on the occasion, he criticized the ruling Congress party’s rule in the State for continuing despite the not fulfillment of the aspirations of the people of Telangana.
He reminded that the people of the State gave eight parliamentary seats to the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections. He said the BRS and the Congress party were responsible for the corruption, losses, irregularities and loot happening in the State.
He said there had not been even a single allegation of corruption against the BJP central ministers and the government that has been in power in the country for the last 10 years.
He called for a double engine government to come to power in the State soon if there is to be a corruption-free government in Telangana too.
