The third phase of Hyderabad Metro has been inaugurated by Governor ESL Narasimhan today at 9.15 AM in Ameerpet Metro Station. The metro line will be open for the public from 4 PM today. With election code coming into effect, no big arrangements have been made and no politicians attended the event. The Ameerpet and Hitech City lane would make the IT professionals more comfortable and convenient to reach their destinations.
This lane would cover Ameerpet, Madhuranagar, Yousufguda, Jubilee Hills Road No 5, Jubilee Hills Checkpost, Peddama Gudi, Madhapur, Durgamcheruvu and Hitech City stations. Hyderabad citizens have been eagerly waiting for the operations between Ameerpet and Hitech City to commence from a long time. The trail run continued for over three months after which the lane got inaugurated today. The train frequency is said to be 9 to 12 minutes due to single line working.
