Centre restrictions on AP CM Chandrababu Davos visit

Centre has put restrictions in the proposal mooted by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to visit Davos to participate in the World Economic Forum meeting. Chandrababu had proposed to go for six days with a delegation of 14 people as he has been doing for the past four years.

Chandrababu is supposed to tour Davos for a week along with several officials and ministers to discuss with the representatives there from 20thJanuary till 26th January.  But Centre said that he should cut down the visit to four days and only five members should go to Davos.

Naidu asked his office to take up the issue with the External Affairs Ministry once again. CM Chandrababu generally tours World Economic Summit every year in the month of January to attract the investments into the state of Andhra Pradesh.
