Comedian Venu Madhav’s nomination rejected for Kodad constituency

Comedian Venu Madhav’s nomination was rejected by the returning officer as the nomination papers were found to be inappropriate on Friday. Venu Madhav wanted to contest as an independent candidate from Kodad assembly constituency.

Venu Madhav was born and brought up in Kodad where he had campaigned for TDP and entertained the people with his mimicry at the public meetings. Later he moved to the film industry. The comedian said that he wants to serve his constituency people by getting into politics.
