Minister of State for Environment Babul Supriyo today said that 70 per cent of world Tigers lives in India. Speaking on the global tiger day celebrations event in New Delhi, Mr Supriyo said, India will soon touch the mark of three thousand tigers. He expressed happiness over the fact that India has a good number of tigers across the world. The Minister urged the people not to attack the tigers. He said, there is a need to make further efforts to increase the number of tigers. He said advanced technology was used to count the numbers of technology.
