As many as 53,686 persons have undergone Covid-19 tests in the State, during the last 24 hours, said a health bulletin released by the Medical and Health department here this morning.
Of them, 609 persons proved corona positive, bringing the total cases to 2,71,492 in the State so far.
Three persons died due to corona in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 1.469, the bulletin stated.
