Medipally police arrests YS Sharmila

Medipally police today arrested YSRTP founder president YS Sharmila . The police also declined permission to her protest program at Boduppal ground. This has led to some tense movements in the area. Sharmila visited the family members of Ravindra , who committed suicide recently. She consoled the family members on the occasion. She later sat for a protest program at boduppal even after denial of the permission. She also announced that her deeksha would continue till evening .

She later tried to go to the Medipally to question them  behind the reasons for the non denial of the permission . However the police stopped them from going to the police station. Angered at this , Sharmila sat for a dharna on the road along with her party workers. Left with no option the police arrested her and took her to the police station.

On receiving the information about her arrest , scores of her supporters and the party workers reached the Medipally police  station and raised slogans in support of her. Following this, the police shifted her to Ghatkesar police station.

Speaking on the occasion she alleged that CM KCR was responsible for the deaths of hundreds of the unemployed youth.  She alleged that they were denied permission as they were exposing the failures of thr state government. Targeting rival political parties, she mocked that some opposition political parties, which slept for the last couple of years, were now coming before the people of the state on various names.

Targeting TPCC president A. Revanth Reddy, she wondered as to why the people of the  state should believe Revanth Reddy, who could not visit the family members of the suicide victim belonging to his constituency. She alleged that the congress party had been sold out to the ruling TRS party . She wondered whether scores of people would have died if the congress party had played the role of a strong opposition political party.

She alleged that Revanth was coming out of his house at the instance of TDP national president Nara Chandra Babu Naidu.
