BJP

Bharatiya Janata Party women leaders and workers have held a dharna with eyes blindfolded at LB Nagar Cross Roads on Thursday protesting the attempted sexual assault on a four year girl near Bhainsa.
The protest was led by BJP national vice president DK Arunua with the participation of party women leaders and workers in large numbers.
Speaking on the occasion Aruna demanded the Chief Minister to try the accused in a fast track court immediately and she wanted that the guilty should be punished severely.
Aruna demanded the government to give an ex-gratia of Rs 10 lakhs to the family of the victim. She said that the BJP woman leader who has rescued the girl was receiving threatening calls and she should be provided with security.
She said that they held the protest with eyes blindfolded to make the Chief Minister to open his eyes.  The Chief Minister has closed his eyes to the atrocities on the women in the state.
Aruna criticized that law and order has failed in the state and there was no protection to women and girls. She said that it was a shame on the Chief Minister for not responding on the issue so far.
She said that the police have behaved in a negligent manner when the parents of the girl have gone to the police station to make a complaint. It was atrocious that the police did not even provide treatment to the girl.
The Chief Minister who was supposed to take action on such incidents has been trying to gag the mouths of the victims with the help of police. She said that BJP woman leader has shifted the girl to Hyderabad for treatment.
