Three candidates filed nominations today for the Huzurabad bypolls scheduled to be held on Oct 30. According to information, the three candidates filed their nominations with the officials for the bypoll. The CEO Shashank Goel informed that the three candidates filed the nominations on Wednesday by 3 pm. They include one each from the Congress party, Anna YSR Congress Party and one independent respectively.
Those filed nominations were MD Mansoor Ali from the congress, Linga Reddy Vontela from the Anna YSR Congress party and Buchireddy Abbadi as the independent for the polls respectively.
The polls are on Oct 30 and the results to be announced on November 2 after counting the votes polled in Huzurabad segment.
The polls were caused by ouster of the then health minister Etala Rajender on land grab charges by chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao.
